Based at our Pakuranga Campus, the Trust Service team provides specialist business infrastructure, support, and guidance across the organisation. An opening has arisen within our People and Culture team as our Senior Coordinator.
Key duties and responsibilities:
This role ensures the smooth delivery of core People & Culture functions and acts as the go-to person for our P&C systems and processes. Key responsibilities include:

Key duties and responsibilities:
This role ensures the smooth delivery of core People & Culture functions and acts as the go-to person for our P&C systems and processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Timely and accurate processing of administration requirements (including recruitment and onboarding, contract variations P&C metrics)
- Management of our P&C systems and data integrity
- Responding to P&C enquiries as a first point of call
- Undertaking project work as part of a collaborative team (with a new HRIS in the pipeline this component could grow/change over time)
- Previous experience in a P&C administrative role, including exposure to NZ legislation and HRIS Management
- Ideally have worked in the education sector or a similar environment
- Working knowledge of HR systems ideally Elmo and Job Adder
- Exposure to relevant legislation (employment and health and safety)
- Strong IT systems focus
- Analytical, methodical, focused on data accuracy and system control
- Solution seeker: able to trouble shoot and find solutions to system and process related problems
- Relationship approach to Customer Services – confident to pick up the phone or go and see people when there is a question
