About the role
Reporting to the Head of Chaplaincy, you will work as part of the Chaplaincy team to provide Christian ministry and spiritual pastoral care for our school community.
You will contribute to pastoral care and wellbeing, and help deliver age-appropriate faith development for students (Years 1–13, but with a particular focus on our College age students).
The role includes leading chapel services and special services as required, and teaching Christian Education at the College in alignment with the agreed curriculum.

Skills & experience
·       Holds a Bachelor of Theology (or similar); teaching qualification preferred.
·       Has ministry/pastoral experience (preference for nationally ordained Presbyterian minister).
·       Builds trust easily with young people and adults, and brings strong pastoral skills.
·       Can lead worship and communicate clearly in chapel and community settings.
·       Is empathic, resilient, organised and a collaborative team player.
