High School Graduates Return for Reunion

Organised by the Saint Kentigern Old Collegians Association, at the wrap of the school year we extended a warm welcome to our alumnae the Old Girls, who have recently completed their high school years with many having pursued their education at the College. Marking this inaugural gathering at the Girls’ School, we were delighted to host a significant number of Old Girls and their families at our new campus. The notable turnout stands as a testament to the cherished environment that defines our school.

The Girls’ School Class of 2018 represents Principal Ms Juliet Small’s third graduating year group. At that time, the school was still situated at the Remuera Road campus, with aspirations for the purpose-built school premises they stepped into for the reunion.

Rekindling old friendships, both parents and students engaged in lively conversations over light tapas and beverages, savouring the pleasure of one another’s company.

Ms Small expressed her gratitude to the attendees, reflecting on the transformative five years that have transpired since she last saw many of the girls. Now matured and undoubtedly ready for greater and more exciting pursuits in 2024, the evening concluded with a guided tour of the new facilities, leaving families suitably impressed at the new learning environment for those who will join their Old Girls ranks in a few short years.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all who attended, and eagerly anticipate hosting the Class of 2019 in a similar gathering next year.
