We offer a variety of scholarships tailored to various talents, interests and strengths.
Alison All-Round Scholarship
Presented to a boy entering Year 7 who demonstrates excellence in academics, sports, and cultural fields.
Alumni Jubilee Scholarship and Alumni Scholarship
A unique opportunity for students with a family connection to former Saint Kentigern students.
Geoff Burgess Music Scholarship
This coveted scholarship is awarded to a boy entering Year 7 after an audition with the Boys’ School Director of Music and an interview with the Principal of the Boys’ School.
JC Chalmers Academic Scholarship
This distinguished award primarily focuses on a student's performance in the scholarship examinations.
Key Boys’ School Scholarship Dates for 2026
- Scholarship applications open Friday, 1 November 2024.
- Applications close date TBC March 2025.
- Scholarship examinations TBC March 2025.
- After examination day, results will be reviewed by our Heads of Departments and the Scholarship Panel. Shortlisted candidates are invited to attend an interview with the Scholarship Panel in terms two and three.
- All applicants, successful or unsuccessful will be notified of the outcome via email.
